Portal Istana is a web-based project designed using the Laravel Lumen and VueJS frameworks to improve services for people interested in visiting the Presidential Palace and to store visit documentation. This project includes two main applications, Portal Istana and Admin Portal Istana, which are integrated to provide an optimal user experience.

## **Portal Istana: Features, User Types, and Development Contributions**

Portal Istana is a platform designed to offer an exceptional experience for all users, providing easy access to palace visits and related services across Indonesia. The system caters to two main user types, each with tailored features and responsibilities.

### **1. Regular Users**

Regular Users are individuals who want to explore the services and information provided by Portal Istana. Key features available to Regular Users include:

*   **Visit Registration**: Users can easily register for visits to various palaces in Indonesia using a streamlined process.
*   **Visit Documentation**: After their visit, users can view photographs uploaded by the **Photography Admin** as a keepsake of their memorable moments.

### **2. Admin Users**

Admin Users have higher access levels and play specific roles in managing the platform. The admin roles include:

*   **Super Admin**:
    *   Holds the highest level of access within the system.
    *   Manages the platform's overall operations, including user management and system settings.
*   **Photography Admin**:
    *   Responsible for uploading photos of user visits.
    *   Ensures that all documentation is well-organized and accessible.
*   **Palace Admin**:
    *   Manages a specific palace’s content.
    *   Responsible for posting blogs, updating palace-related information, and maintaining the digital presence of their assigned palace.

### **My Contributions to Portal Istana**

As part of the development team, I contributed to several key technical aspects of Portal Istana, ensuring its functionality, usability, and performance:

*   **Designing Databases Using MySQL**:\
    Created an optimized and structured database schema to handle data related to user profiles, palace visits, and documentation efficiently.
*   **Slicing UI Components**:\
    Transformed design mockups into responsive, interactive UI components for a seamless user experience.
*   **Building REST API CRUD Operations**:\
    Developed RESTful APIs for managing Create, Read, Update, and Delete functionalities, enabling robust data interactions for users and admins.
*   **Implementing Web Traffic Analytics with Matomo and Laravel Lumen**:\
    Integrated Matomo analytics with Laravel Lumen to monitor user activity and web traffic, providing actionable insights for system improvements.

By combining user-focused features and robust technical development, Portal Istana delivers a platform that is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with the needs of both Regular Users and Admin Users. My contributions played a key role in ensuring the platform's overall efficiency and performance.


Klod.id is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application that implements CI/CD automation systems and DevOps methods for efficiency and reliability. Klod.id is designed using the Go language and the AngularJS framework. This project aims to enhance efficiency in product development and reduce DevOps investment costs.

## **Klod.id: SaaS Application Context**

**Klod.id** is a **Software as a Service (SaaS)** platform that simplifies the deployment and management of projects through **CI/CD automation**. It provides a seamless experience for developers by offering functionality similar to **Heroku**, making project deployment fast, reliable, and efficient.

### **Key Features and Functionality**

*   **User Types**:\
    The application supports two primary user roles:
    1.  **Regular Users**: Can manage their own projects and utilize the deployment features.
    2.  **Admin Users**: Have higher-level access to oversee system settings and manage platform resources.

*   **Authentication Options**:\
    Users can sign in using their **GitHub** or **GitLab** accounts via OAuth for a quick and secure login process. Alternatively, users can register using traditional email and password credentials.

*   **Project Deployment**:
    *   Users can **automatically deploy their own projects** stored in GitHub or GitLab repositories, leveraging built-in CI/CD pipelines.
    *   For those without a project, the platform offers pre-built **templates** that can be deployed instantly, allowing users to jump-start their development process.

*   **DevOps Automation**:\
    The platform integrates with GitLab’s API to provide automated deployment and monitoring capabilities, reducing manual setup time and ensuring consistent delivery practices.

### **How Klod.id Stands Out**

Klod.id stands out by merging **developer-friendly tools** with **cost-effective solutions**, making it ideal for small teams or individual developers seeking to streamline their workflows. With features designed to reduce complexity and improve efficiency, the application empowers users to focus on building their products rather than managing infrastructure.

SIPD DKI is a regional financial information system for the Special Capital Region, built using the Java Spring-Boot and AngularJS frameworks. 

## **SIPD DKI: Regional Financial Information System**

**SIPD DKI** is a **Regional Financial Information System** designed for the Special Capital Region (DKI) of Jakarta. Built using **Java Spring Boot** and **AngularJS**, the application serves as a comprehensive platform for managing the region’s financial and treasury operations. The system is integrated with several modules that streamline various financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing the regional treasury.

### **Purpose of the Application**

SIPD DKI facilitates the management of **regional treasury finances**, particularly for government-related transactions. The system integrates with banking services and other external systems, offering seamless financial management for local authorities.

### **Core Modules in SIPD DKI**

The application includes several modules, each serving a specific purpose in the financial workflow:

1.  **SPD (Surat Penetapan Dana)**:
    *   Manages the allocation of budget funds for specific programs or departments.
    *   Acts as the foundation for tracking and monitoring budget disbursement.

2.  **SPP (Surat Permintaan Pembayaran)**:
    *   Handles payment requests submitted by departments or agencies.
    *   Ensures all payment requests are verified against allocated budgets before approval.

3.  **SPM (Surat Perintah Membayar)**:
    *   Processes payment instructions once an SPP is approved.
    *   Serves as a directive for the treasury to disburse funds.

4.  **SPJ (Surat Pertanggungjawaban)**:
    *   Focuses on financial accountability by documenting the use of funds.
    *   Ensures that expenditures align with the approved budget and purposes.

5.  **SP2D (Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana)**:
    *   The final stage in the payment process, authorizing fund disbursement to recipients.
    *   Works closely with integrated banking systems to facilitate actual transactions.

### **My Contributions to SIPD DKI**

I played a significant role in the development and maintenance of the SIPD DKI system, contributing to the following key areas:

*   **Using Oracle for the Database**:
    *   Designed and maintained the Oracle database schema to efficiently handle data related to various financial modules.
*   **Building a REST API for CRUD Operations**:
    *   Developed robust RESTful APIs for managing Create, Read, Update, and Delete functionalities across the application’s modules.
*   **API Integration for Tax Payments with Bank DKI**:
    *   Implemented seamless integration with **Bank DKI's tax payment system**, ensuring secure and accurate processing of transactions.
*   **Application Maintenance**:
    *   Conducted regular updates, bug fixes, and optimizations to ensure the application runs smoothly and meets evolving user needs.
*   **Creating Integration Services Using Apache Camel**:
    *   Developed integration services to facilitate smooth data exchange between different systems and modules, enhancing interoperability and performance.

### **How SIPD DKI Adds Value**

By incorporating these modules and functionalities, SIPD DKI delivers a unified solution for managing regional finances. It provides local government agencies with tools to streamline budgeting, payments, and accountability processes while reducing errors and manual interventions. My contributions were instrumental in ensuring the system's scalability, reliability, and integration capabilities.
